HOME ECONS PRACTICAL.

I had just finished half of my self-made (not a word, I think) fried rice. IT'S SO SPICY. Cos it was put together with the spicy corriander (not) fish. The food tasted Indian. Spicaye! but nice.

The test went.. BAD. OKAY? IT WAS BAD. Cos I can't cook for my life > < OH NOOOOOO!!! I don't know what's going to happen to me when I have kids! I have to hire a maid. I'll just get Wilma. OKAY, SO ANYWAY, the practical was sooooooooooooo hectic. Gabriel wanted everything to be perfect, it's not bad but he takes five minutes to get corn flour and some spices okay? It's bad that way, the teacher thinks so too. So, because Gabriel wasted a lot of time on the garnishing and the perfectioning, I had to do and wash a lot of things.
NOW MY HANDS ARE SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWW ROUGH. That's not the point. The point is, he spends too much time doing things and well, yeah!!! NOT FAIR LORH. I had to wash the frying pan after we had finished cooking the corriander fish, and there was still seasoning inside, so when I rinsed the pan, the stuff inside was like diarrhoea. Ewwie. I had to scrub the pan, okay? Man, was I mad.

I like Charmaine's food presentation. It's so nice. Like something a high class restaurant would serve. Okay, maybe our food presentation just sucked. Joanna's food presentation was so creative. They wrapped the fish in cabbage. Mm.. Looked good to eat too. Hahaha.

After school, it was raining and I didn't want to walk in the rain like Denise kindly suggested to me. So I called my maid - Using Joanna's phone. God bless you, Joanna - and asked if she could pick me up. Then she said to call my mum and check with her. After I put my phone down, I realised that I didn't know my mum's number. Pfft, I'm so stewpid. Ah, I'm getting lazy to type, so anyway, Evon lent me her umbrella and I went home. I hope I remember to return her the umbrella tomorrow.
